Gemma says, "I don't try to sound like everyone else, because what's the point of having a unique voice if you don't use it? I aim to make Classical music more accessible and Pop music more beautiful. I create my own, more unique arrangements to appeal to a broader audience. My biggest influences are Il Divo, Marita Solberg, and Andre Rieu, to name a few."

Born in the North West of England to a music-loving family, Gemma made her first public appearance at just three years old, singing the classic hit 'You Are My Sunshine' on stage at The Metro Centre, Newcastle. She began professional vocal lessons at ten and continued improving her repertoire and techniques under the guidance of the head of Opera and Vocal Studies at The Royal Northern College of Music. After finishing her general education, Gemma went on to earn further qualifications in Music, Dance, Acting, Biology, and German. She currently studies Italian daily, and also learns Spanish, acting, and choreography in her spare time, now fluent in six languages.

Gemma has worked with top musicians, orchestras, and radio stations, gaining her first major opportunity in 2011 to perform at The Bolton Christmas Lights Switch-on. Sharing the stage with McFly, X Factor finalists, and the Bolton Wanderers football team, this led to shows at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Winter Gardens, Opera House, The Albert Halls, King Georges Hall, and 53 Degrees. She has garnered interest from Universal Records and is currently recording various new projects with her 4-octave vocal range while also performing live in London's West End, at international corporate events, and theaters over the coming months. Her other performance highlights include Once Great George Street, multiple Celebrity Cruises, and Coworth Park Estate.

Today, Gemma entertains audiences at a multitude of venues, including international corporate events, theaters, elite holiday resorts, cruises, concert halls, weddings, private events, public gatherings, mayoral dinners, annual parties, golf clubs, hotels, and restaurants, to name a few.
