Culinary Contest Toulouse

Invite your friends or colleagues to join this food team-building workshop, a one-hour group cooking class that ends with a fun culinary contest.

A minimum of 20 people can participate in this corporate cooking lesson, although smaller groups can take part upon request. Participants will meet at a designated location in Toulouse. They will be divided into three groups. Each group will handle one course: starters, the main dish, and dessert.

Each team will have 10 minutes to review all available ingredients and decide which ones they’d like to use for their recipes. This requires quick thinking and will help participants develop decision-making skills. Then, they will need to name their recipes and get approval from the chef leading the class. Our culinary experts will offer advice to ensure the best results. Each team will have one hour and 15 minutes to cook their dishes.

All groups will present their dishes in front of everyone, including the various teams and the head chefs leading this corporate cooking lesson. Our professionals will use a score sheet to rate and record the results. They will consider the teams’ creativity and presentation, as well as the dishes’ taste and quality.

An aperitif will be served during the dish preparation so everyone can take a break. In total, this group cooking masterclass can last from one and a half to two hours, depending on the time of day it’s held.
