A giant painting team-building activity that lets your guests channel their inner Picasso, this creative incentive is highly interactive and therapeutic to partake in. This creative team workshop is built on key principles and is excellent for team building.

Working in groups of 4 to 5 people, the concept of the activity is that each team must produce a large oil painting under the observation and guidance of our master artist. Finding a common focus and direction, this giant painting team-building activity will build on key principles such as working toward a common goal, collaborating, communicating, overcoming obstacles, and managing time effectively.

Before the painting challenge begins, our master artist will explain the key objectives to the groups, providing them with ideas on how to work together to achieve the best results in addition to suggesting painting styles, techniques, and how in modern art we can use motion and color to portray concepts and emotions. 

After your time is up, the paintings will be judged and the winners announced! You can also arrange for a BBQ or paella dinner following the activity to top off the day and provide the ultimate corporate incentive and team-building experience.
