Giant Painting Team Building

Working in groups of 4 to 5 people the concept of the activity is that each team much produce a large oil painting under the observation and guidance of our master artist. Finding a common focus and direction this giant painting team building activity will build on key principles such as working towards a common goal, working together, communicating, overcoming obstacles and managing time effectively.

Before the painting challenge begins our artistic master will explain the key objectives to the groups, providing them with ideas on how to work together to achieve the best results in addition to suggesting painting styles, techniques and how in modern art we can use motion and colour to portray concepts and emotions. 

After your time is up, the paintings will be judged and the winners announced! You can also arrange for a BBQ or paella dinner following the activity to round off the day and provide the ultimate corporate incentive and team building activity.
