Matthew Davies

A former, award-winning BBC Broadcaster, Matthew Davies is now a recognized and respected author, business coach, keynote speaker, and an expert on building trust within corporate teams in a working environment. A skilled communicator, he is a member of the Association of Coaching, CIPD, and a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute. He has seen firsthand the struggles unprepared and unskilled managers face when trying to motivate their team members. Previously the VP of People for a large tech startup, he was driven to develop his own training program to encourage the team and resolve trust issues between staff and management when he found that nothing seemed to tackle this specific problem. He used this experience to develop The Trust Triangle and write a book about his discoveries. Matthew has worked with thousands of professionals across Europe and the USA to share this knowledge and create stronger workplace teams.
