Opera Singer Joanna

Joanna is a professionally trained operatic mezzo-soprano classical crossover opera singer based in London.

Originally from Devon, Joanna started singing at a young age. She now performs at a wide range of public, private, and corporate events, as well as in theatrical productions. Joanna’s classical repertoire includes opera, sacred music, and lieder; her crossover repertoire features songs from West End shows and musicals, Celtic music, and soul ballads.

Fluent in French and German with a strong command of Italian, Joanna has a deep passion for grand opera and performs many of the most famous arias in recitals, concerts, and events. Having developed a love for theater and musicals early on, Joanna incorporates many beloved songs into her lighter concert repertoire. Her crossover repertoire reflects her Celtic heritage, featuring classically arranged folk songs and influences from artists like Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.
