Four female musicians, all top laureates from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, have come together to share their passion for harp music.
This new group, which evolved from the Paris Harp Sextet, allows each musician to fully showcase her potential with a repertoire covering three centuries of music, from Bach, Dvorak, and Tchaikovsky to contemporary pieces.
The Paris Harp Quartet members handle the transcriptions themselves, adapting from piano or orchestral works. Contemporary compositions can be arranged upon request.
This ensemble delivers an outstanding performance, both through the uniqueness of its composition and its stage presence.
