Four lady musicians, all first-place laureates at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, have grouped together to share their passion for harp music.
This new formation, which evolved from the Paris Harp Sextet, enables each musician to fully express her potential thanks to a repertoire spanning three centuries of music, from Bach, Dvorak or Tchaïkovski as well as up to and including contemporary creations.
The Paris Harp Quartet musicians do the transcriptions themselves from piano or orchestral works. Contemporary compositions can be done upon request.
This ensemble presents an exceptional performance both through the originality of its composition as well as its stage presence.
