Specializing in a wide range of innovative team-building solutions, they offer over 50 unique and licensed experiential training programs to meet clients' needs. Their goal is to boost teamwork through better communication, decision-making skills, and leadership development.

This thrilling and innovative activity brings the high-energy excitement and glamour of the world's most exclusive motorsport event to your team’s corporate outing! Participants are divided into teams and take on the responsibility of organizing their very own Grand Prix.

This activity challenges both the mental and physical abilities of each team member. Each team must build their own high-tech go-karts, earning car components by completing a series of initiative challenges. Once finished, the cars are built for speed with a bucket seat, lightweight tubular chassis, wide wheels, and race-tuned suspension. Each team member takes on a specific role: pusher, driver, pit crew, and they are encouraged to develop their skills, tactics, and create a racing strategy for the win! Each team’s performance during the earlier challenges determines their position on the starting grid, and the track itself is fully decked out with glass, team colors, starting lights, trackside advertising, and the all-important race marshals.
