This Melbourne-based performing arts company delivers an amazing blend of theater, dance, and circus performance, using a unique elevated platform that literally sets their act above the rest. The five-meter sway poles create a large-scale visual spectacle that can entertain thousands while still being engaging and accessible.

Originally inspired by the image of a field of wheat swaying in the breeze, the poles’ extreme strength and flexibility allow the performer to bow to impossible angles, swaying back and forth in a mesmerizing dance as the audience looks up in awe. Their world-renowned performances have achieved near-cult status on almost every continent, and they perform regularly at festivals, special events, and private functions.

This incredible performance will wow audiences with its innovation and ingenuity. Eight talented actors and musicians deliver a live musical performance while swaying and whirling through the air atop 5-meter bending poles. A feast for the eyes and ears, performers create beautiful music using handheld bells and play percussion on a large-scale portable sound sculpture, invented by renowned composer Graeme Leak. Audiences will watch in amazement and with smiles on their faces as this unique show brings together elevated dance, live music, and theater performance.
