Saxophonist Ian is an exceptional Smooth Jazz and Jazz Standards saxophonist who has worked at the top levels of the industry with international artists like Barry Manilow, Gladys Knight, Sister Sledge, The Four Tops, and The Temptations.

He is a true professional who performs not only as part of outstanding combos (duos, trios, quartets) but also as a solo sax player with backing tracks for corporate events, weddings, and parties.

As a versatile instrumentalist, Ian has earned a reputation as a go-to musician for a variety of projects, including concerts, theater, and primetime TV and Radio shows.

He has been the Lead Alto Saxophone and Woodwind player for concert tours with artists such as Gladys Knight, Barry Manilow, Frank Sinatra Jr., Sister Sledge, The Three Degrees, The Supremes, The Four Tops, and The Temptations. In theater, Ian has been in the orchestras of top London West End shows like Chicago, West Side Story, and City of Angels.

Other UK theater tours where Ian has been “in the pit” include Hairspray, 42nd Street, Singin' in the Rain, Copacabana, and many more. Ian has also been seen “treading the boards” and playing saxophone and woodwind at the RSC in Stratford Upon Avon in productions such as The Winter’s Tale, Pericles, and Timon of Athens.
