This interactive outdoor game recreates an authentic treasure hunt with a pirate theme. The activity leaders will meet participants at an agreed location in the city and provide them with eye patches and bandanas so they can dress like real pirates. Our staff will be easily recognized as they will also be wearing pirate costumes. Groups ranging from 40 to 1,000 people will be divided into teams of eight to ten members.

Once the teams are formed, leaders will explain the rules of this interactive game and ask each team to choose a captain. Team captains will need to wear a pirate hat. Each team will then receive a map with marked spots, a roadbook with instructions, clues, and pictures. Each map and book will guide a different route.

Following all given instructions, teams will search for the hidden treasure. Along the way, they will face several setbacks like sword fights and learn to work as a team, develop positive attitudes, and manage their time.

This off-site team-building exercise is a great opportunity for coworkers to enjoy something fun together in a different environment, create shared memories, and strengthen friendships.
