1. How does it work?
Typically, this is offered as a live-streamed interactive experience via zoom or another video conferencing platform. However, our online instructor can also provide a customized pre-recorded session if needed. The live-streamed sessions generally begin with a warm-up, followed by lower body exercises, upper body exercises, core exercises, and full-body flow, but this may vary based on the length of the class. Each session concludes with a comprehensive cool down and stretching.
2. How long is each session?
The duration is adjustable depending on your event needs and the participants' abilities. We recommend sessions lasting between 30 and 90 minutes.
3. How many people can take part?
The minimum number of guests for this class is 3, and the maximum capacity depends on the video conferencing platform you are using and the level of individual interaction you desire from our host.
4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?
Guests will need a strong Wi-Fi connection, a device to watch the class on, and a 2m² space. While a mat is recommended, it is not essential. Home weights, such as water bottles, can also be beneficial.
