1. How does it work?
Ordinarily, this is a provided as a live-streamed interactive experience over zoom or an alternative video conferencing platform although our online instructor is also happy to create a customised pre-recorded show if required. The live-streamed experiences all start with a warm-up and then usually move onto lower body exercises, upper body exercises, core exercises and full-body flow, although this will vary depending on the length of the class. Our instructor ends each class with a full cool down and stretching.
2. How long is each session?
The length of this is customisable depending on your event needs and ability of the participants, we'd recommend anywhere between 30 - 90 minutes per class
3. How many people can take part?
The minimum amount of guests for this class is 3 people and the maximum really depends on the video conferencing platform you are using and the amount of individual interaction you would like from our host
4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?
Guests will only need a strong wifi connection, device to watch the class on and a 2m square space. A mat is recommended but not a necessity and home-weights (water bottles work for this) is beneficial
