1. How does it work?
Typically, this is provided as a live-streamed interactive experience over Zoom or another video conferencing platform, although our online instructor can also create a customized pre-recorded show if needed. The live-streamed experiences all start with a warm-up and then usually move on to lower body exercises, upper body exercises, core exercises, and full-body flow, depending on the class length. Our instructor wraps up each class with a cool down and stretching.
2. How long is each session?
The length is customizable based on your event needs and participant abilities. We recommend anywhere between 30 - 90 minutes per class.
3. How many people can take part?
The minimum number of guests for this class is 3 people, and the maximum depends on the video conferencing platform you're using and the level of individual interaction you'd like from our host.
4. Do guests need anything to participate?
Guests just need a strong Wi-Fi connection, a device to watch the class on, and a 2-meter square space. A mat is recommended but not required, and home-weights (water bottles work) are beneficial.
