Cuban Singer Ela

Cuban singer Ela has been performing since she was 16 and since then, she's had the chance to share the stage with some of the greatest Cuban music artists.

Ela was part of several groups playing different genres of Latin music while searching for her own identity and singing style. At 19, she started working with a Latin pop group, participating in music recordings, video clips, and tours across Cuba and abroad. This gave her the opportunity to appear on radio and TV programs for the first time.

In her quest for variety, this talented Cuban artist of Spanish descent moved to Asia, where she lived for two and a half years, working at major entertainment venues like Hard Rock Café. She experienced performing with famous groups, where dancing, alongside music, created a rich and sensational show.

In 2012, Ela was invited to perform at the Jazz Plaza in Havana. With extensive experience performing in different environments for various audiences, playing a wide range of music genres, she decided to put her talent into practice by recording her first CD named Ela. This album features 10 songs from a broad spectrum of music types such as funk, R&B, and pop rock, while still showcasing her love for Latin music.

Ela can sing Latin music as well as pop, R&B, soul, funk, and jazz in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
