Leading the Delight Circus Parade is a quirky ringmaster who draws in crowds with his eccentric personality and fantastic costume, complete with a top hat. Gold sequins spread across our ringmaster's purple jacket, matching his flamboyant waistcoat that dazzles spectators.

Two fun-filled walkabout characters dressed as big top circus tents also join the Delight Circus Parade alongside toy soldiers who hula hoop with the traveling carnival.
