Gypsy Band Belgium
```html
This Belgium-based gypsy band plays original compositions as well as traditional music from Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, the Balkans, Russia). Their repertoire includes evergreens, operetta melodies, light classical music, Viennese music, Jewish melodies (klezmer), as well as "hot club" gypsy music as played by Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli.
Two musicians are gypsies from Hungary, one is from Romania, the fourth from Belgium. They perform their music in the virtuoso manner for which gypsy musicians are renowned worldwide.
What truly sets the group apart is their sophisticated approach to music, and their ability to deliver a perfectly crafted show, captivating the audience from start to finish.
The band's main line-up consists of:
Pal (Hungary), violin
Iulian (Romania), accordion
Ernest (Hungary), cimbalom + guitar
Herman De Rycke (Belgium), double-bass
Currently, the 4-piece band is touring with the Bulgarian gypsy singer and violinist Emilia. Emilia sings traditional gypsy music as well as original compositions. She also incorporates scatting into gypsy music while playing the violin, creating a unique sound. Together, the band and Emilia deliver a vibrant performance where instrumental and vocal music seamlessly blend, ensuring there's always something new and exciting happening.
