Last Post Cornet Player

The sound of the 'Last Post' is one of the most poignant and moving moments you'll ever experience. As a current member of the Army Reserve with the Regimental Band of The Royal Welsh, our cornet player Andrew understands its significance and importance to military personnel and their families all too well.

With over 30 years of experience performing the 'Last Post' and 'Reveille,' Andrew is highly familiar with all the necessary ceremonial protocols to carry out his duties with the utmost professionalism and dignity.

In 2013, Andrew was commissioned by the Regimental Band of The Royal Welsh to perform the 'Last Post' at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff for an audience of approximately 70,000 and several million viewers worldwide on live television.
