Traditional Russian Gypsy Show
A breathtaking Russian Gypsy Show featuring traditional Romani Gypsy music and dance from Russia and Eastern Europe. This performance showcases virtuoso music and fiery, traditional Gypsy dance-art. Including popular Gypsy favorites and rare musical treasures with unique arrangements and striking dance choreographies, it will take spectators on a nostalgic journey to Russia. The show features exquisite, handcrafted traditional costumes and is the only performance of its kind in the UK.
The 7-8-piece ensemble features skillfully played violin, accordion, guitar, percussion, cello, and stunning vocals, creating an exotic, upbeat, haunting sound that will captivate the audience, accompanied by 1 or 2 dancers.
All are professional and experienced performers and musicians who have played at numerous arts centers, private events, and festivals across the UK and Europe. They have also appeared on TV in the UK, Germany, and Turkey. The show can be tailored to suit any venue size: from 3 dancers and a 6-piece music ensemble for larger events, to 1 dancer and a 2-piece music ensemble for intimate spaces.
A feast for the senses, guests and audiences of all ages will be amazed and enchanted by this incredible show. This act is perfect for Russia, Gypsy, Eastern European, and Russian Winter/Christmas themed events.
The project was created by the violinist, who is an expert in Eastern European Romany music and culture. The ensemble has already been featured on Turkish Television and at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. The group has also performed at various Russian and international events, private celebrations, and corporate functions for Rosgosstrakh Insurance, Chaika events, and others.
Top Tip:
