1. How does it work?
We suggest having your guests arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start! They'll gather in the virtual waiting room before being let into the main lobby to socialize and chat. Your virtual host will then welcome everyone, explain the event schedule, and the rules for the games, making sure everyone’s on the same page. Once everyone is ready, guests will head to their breakout rooms, each with a dedicated Croupier Dealer! The dealer handles a physical stack of chips against each player's digital name tag, and goes around the table asking each guest how they want to bet in their bid to reach the top of the leaderboard.
Our casino experience includes breaks between games allowing guests to refresh their drinks, chat, or boast about their wins in the main lobby before heading back to their breakout rooms for more fun. While playing, guests will stay in their assigned breakout rooms and the games will change around them.
Once all games are finished, guests return to the main lobby to hear the final scores, and our event host will announce the room winners and the overall chip winners!

2. How long is each experience?

This is totally customizable and really depends on how many games you'd like to play. We recommend between 1 - 2 hours.

3. How many people can take part?
A minimum of 5 guests is required to play, and the maximum depends on your choice of games and the number of breakout rooms you select. Our virtual casino providers have up to 10 rooms available and can accommodate up to 15 guests per room for Roulette, 15 guests per room for Blackjack, Three-Card Poker and Craps, and up to 10 per room for Texas Holdem.

4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?
All guests need is a strong internet connection and a device to connect to the call.

5. How can this experience be customized?
Absolutely! You can personalize your experience with custom backgrounds using virtual green screens, and our Virtual Casino team can even customize the table with personalized player name tags and a logo of your choice!
