Virtual Gin Tasting Workshop
FAQs
1. How does it work?
This is usually delivered as a live-streamed virtual tasting experience hosted over Zoom or another Video Conferencing platform. However, our host can make a short pre-recorded video if that suits your event better. The live-streamed masterclass starts with an introduction from the host and a brief history of gin’s fascinating origins and why it’s so popular today, then moves on to the tasting. Each tasting workshop is an exciting exploration of the weird and wonderful flavors available and may include a Seaweed-infused gin, one with a delightful Raspberry, Rhubarb, and Ginger flavor, and even a fun Apple and Salted Caramel one too!
2. How long is each session?
Sessions usually last between 45 minutes to 1 hour but this can be adjusted for specific events if needed.
3. How many people can take part?
There’s no specific limit on the number of guests that can join in; it mostly depends on the video conferencing platform you’re using. However, larger group sizes might affect the level of interaction possible with the host.
4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?
Guests will need a device to watch the live stream on, a strong internet connection, and of course, the gins for tasting! Before your event, we’ll arrange the delivery of a full tasting kit to each participant that includes an exciting selection of gins and mixers. After that, they’ll just need a glass and ice!
5. Is this interactive?
Absolutely! Our host includes Q&A sessions at key points in the live stream to let guests get involved and ask questions.
