Simon was born in Winchester, UK, but currently lives and works in Beijing. Before moving to China, he was a News Correspondent at the BBC and later joined Channel Five News as a Reporter and Presenter. In 2013, he moved to China's main news channel, CCTV, as their Sports Anchor, where he hosts 2 live shows per day. Outside of broadcasting, he’s done various public speaking engagements, including dinners, auctions, and parties.
When not working, Simon plays and watches a variety of sports, enjoys cooking, and is steadily learning to speak Chinese.
