Based in Rome, Max is recognized as one of the most influential jazz saxophonists in the contemporary Italian jazz scene. He has performed at some of the top jazz clubs and festivals worldwide, earning significant acclaim from international jazz critics and audiences.
Saxophonist Max won the "Massimo Urbani" in 2000, took 1st prize in the "Baronissi International Jazz Competition 2000," and was publicly nominated in "Tramplin Jazz D’Avignon" in France. He is also available as part of a duo (sax and piano), trio (guitar, bass, sax), and quartet (guitar/piano, bass, drums).
