By the age of 9, this solo cellist had already secured his second straight Grand Prix win at the International Cello Competition.
He performed the soundtrack for the 70th Venice Film Festival.
He has worked with world-class cellists like Johannes Goritzki and Natalia Gutman.
Regularly performs with orchestras throughout Europe, including the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra and the Swiss Chamber Orchestra.

With numerous awards and international victories as a solo cellist, Max continues to captivate audiences. His exceptional mastery of the cello and unique interpretations of various concertos make him the perfect choice for your event. His composed yet elegant demeanor is ideal for corporate events, weddings, and will enchant any guests with his classical music performances.


His future as a cello virtuoso began early when he started winning awards at the age of 8. In 1997, he won at the Tchaikovsky International competition. From that point, he built his reputation through numerous appearances and participations as a soloist in orchestras. Many renowned instrument masters, such as pianist Ive Pogorelich, have praised Max's skills and his ability to deliver unforgettable and poetic cello performances!


While he is primarily based in Switzerland, where he performed at events such as the LAC hall opening concert, he is available for booking throughout Europe, the USA, and Asia.
