Whether you're a natural in the kitchen or not, we'll guide you step by step in making around 35 of your very own Belgian chocolates.
During the workshop, guests can choose to make praline shells, fillings, mendiant chocolates, and hot chocolate, with vegan options available.
You will also learn the theory behind tempering chocolate to make it shiny, heat-resistant, and crispy in the mouth.
