1. What can I expect from the Virtual Polish Dumpling Class?
Learn how to create delicious dumplings inspired by traditional Polish recipes. Online guests will be guided through making dumpling dough using flour, hot water, vegetable oil, and salt. Participants will knead the dough and practice rolling it out. Later, they will cut out shapes and learn different folding techniques. Our chef will discuss the most popular filling types and give tips to season them perfectly. During the class, participants will discover hacks that make dumplings easy to make and super tasty. At the end of the cooking session, participants will cook their dumplings and, finally, enjoy a plate full of delicious dumplings!
2. How long is the online cooking class?
Around 90-120 minutes from start to finish, including tasting.
3. Is this a live experience or pre-recorded?
This is a live-streamed experience hosted by a professional chef based in Warsaw, Poland. However, our chef can pre-record content if needed. Please get in touch for more details.
4. What is the set-up?
Live-streamed via Zoom, Teams, or Skype from our chef's professional home studio.
5. What do guests need to take part?
Complete ingredient and utensil lists will be provided to participants ahead of time. Please note that participants will need to do some cooking and prep shortly before the class starts.
