Online Harp Relaxation Workshop
FAQs
1. How does this virtual experience work?
This is an incredibly relaxing online guided meditation and mind painting experience using the Conistabile Method of guided imagery harp therapy to
promote good mental health. Hosted on Zoom, this virtual workshop includes a blend of soothing harp music performed by our professional musician and calming vocal prompts that guide participants through an imagined journey. Focusing on deep relaxation, these sessions help online guests to pay attention to their breathing and consciously relax their body.
Our amazing harpist uses a single, static camera that allows participants to watch her peaceful harp playing, although many choose to close their eyes during the session.
2. Is this session customizable?
Absolutely! Our host can customize the session to create the desired effect among participants. For example, if you need an evening session for your online participants, she can end the workshop leaving guests in a deep state of relaxation to help them drift into a restful sleep. Alternatively, if you need a daytime session, she can end the workshop with some invigorating music to wake guests up and prepare them for the rest of the workday!
Additionally, our host can work towards creating a specific visualization for the participants. This could be a relaxing location that means something special to you or could involve participants imagining they are completing an important activity, such as winning a significant race.
Just let us know in advance what you have in mind so we can incorporate these customizations into the quote and advise on necessary lead times.
3. How many guests can take part?
There's no minimum number of participants required, and this workshop works well for even individual online guests. As for the maximum number of guests, this will be at least partially dependent on your video conferencing platform, and our host can accommodate up to 100 guests.
4. What do guests need to participate?
Guests will need a comfortable, warm, quiet space. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are all highly recommended but not absolutely essential. Virtual participants will also need a strong internet connection, a device to watch the workshop on, and familiarity with Zoom is also helpful. .
