Tess is a cocktail bartender or 'mixologist' from Amsterdam who has made a name for herself in the hospitality industry by winning the following competitions and awards:

1. Red's Hot Women Awards - Category 'Food' - 1st prize.

2. Cointreau Best Bar Team - the Netherlands - 1st prize.

3. Disaronno The Mixing Star - Global Finals - 1st prize

4. Venuez Hospitality & Style Awards - Best Bartender - 1st prize.

5. Diageo World Class - Dutch finalist at the Western European finals.

Tess has also been featured in Gary Regan's The 101 Best New Cocktails book with her recipes in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
