Sit back and enjoy a show cooking demonstration by our highly reputable & accomplished chef, Alex Lopez. With over fifteen years experience in the profession, Alex specialises in producing experimental Catalonian dishes and is a master of his trade, working from the roots of his culinary tradition. He will guide your party through the art of using different accessories and honing your skills in the kitchen. 

During the demonstration, your group can relax with Cava and authentic fine wines, enjoy some traditional appetisers, whilst immersing themselves in an incredible show cooking experience. After the demonstration there will be the chance to sit down together and eat some of the fabulous dishes prepared at the grand table.
