Our culinary school is located in a privileged heritage site at the heart of ‘El Born’ in Barcelona. The premises date back to the 16th century, with stoned walls and original arches create an exceptional atmosphere, unique in the city of Barcelona. 

Under the watchful eye of our highly reputable chef, Alex Lopez, your guests will be taught new skills in the kitchen such as how to use a blowtorch, siphon and cartafata paper,  essential skills in the creation of tapas! With over fifteen years experience in the profession, Alex specialises in producing creative tapas and is a master of his trade, working from the roots of his culinary tradition. He will guide your party through the art of using different accessories and honing your skills in the kitchen. 

Presented as an ideal team building activity and fun group experience, perfect for a VIP group or team incentive day, our creative tapas workshop allows your group to discover the art of using fresh seasonal produce, exploring unique flavours and ingredients of Spain, used to create experimental tapas. 

We offer a unique and versatile space for your tailored event, comprising of an ample, modernist style reception room and open kitchen facing the main lounge, with a capacity of over 40 seated and 80 standing. Our exceptional building is a completely private space for your group to enjoy their customised entertainment Barcelona. We pride ourselves on our original custom menus with highly reputable chefs in a privileged environment. 

A truly authentic tapas workshop that allows groups to customise individual tapas to their personal taste, our tutor will ensure that your party learn how to prepare the tapas that fit with specific dietary requirements, allergy or food intolerance. We offer complete customisation for your tailored occasion, delivering the perfect thematic event for your corporate hospitality in Spain. 

Our original workshops provide the unique opportunity for your VIP group to learn about fresh seasonal produce, exploring flavours and ingredients of the region.
