In our unique and innovative musical team building session, delegates will be split into teams and given the challenge of having to write an original song! Don’t worry; no previous musical experience is required as our expert musicians and band members are on hand to help those creative juices flow. Once written, each team will then have to perform their original song in a ‘battle of the bands’ style contest as a collective! In this fun interactive team building session, delegates will be made to feel that they can really let their creativity flourish without fear of criticism or rebuffs.

The guidelines of this team building game can be adapted to suit you, with a brief that their original songs must focus on reflecting company objectives and key messages ensuring a greater ROI and that these messages will resonate long after the day is over. Up to 1,000 delegates can take part at any one time and it is recommended that the session last 3 hours, though this can be tailored to suit your requirements.
