The Netherlands Bicycle Band is a group of six comedy musicians and a four meter long single tandem bike. This joyful roaming orchestra features the trumpet, tenor saxophone, alto saxophone, accordion, tuba, big drum, cymbals and a bicycle bell. Their repertoire consists of circus songs and film music such as Laurel & Hardy Nino Rota, as well as Jazz, ragtime and klezmer music which they play whilst cycling along

Every now and then the Bicycle Band gets off the bike to perform small theatrical performances with choreographed routines and plenty of absurd slapstick comedy and silly stunts. 
The whole spectacle provided by the roaming orchestra is something your guests will love and they are sure not to forget it.

The comedy musicians can be booked is smart, fanfare style costumes, 1930s racing cyclist outfits or as Father Christmases’. They are very open to branding and customising options including having logos added to the big drum on the bike. Their costumes and bike had a full makeover for a Cadbury’s advert. The quirky Netherlands Bicycle Band is available for, and has been booked for, street festivals, outdoor parties, opening ceremonies for new roads and cycling paths as well as shopping shopping centres. They are based in Eindhoven and have travelled to Brussels, Antwerp, Salzburg, Paris, Metz, Barcelona, Malaga, Milan, Istanbul, Düsseldorf and Cologne.
