This Melbourne based performing arts company performs a remarkable fusion of theatre, dance and circus performance, incorporating a unique elevated medium which sets their act quite literally above the rest. The five metre sway poles create a large-scale visual spectacle that can perform to audiences numbering in the thousands while still remaining engaging and accessible.

Originally based on the image of a field of wheat swaying in the breeze, the poles’ extreme strength and flexibility allow the performer to bow to impossible angles, swaying back and forth in a hypnotising dance as the audience looks up in wonder. Their world-renowned performances have achieved a near-cult status in almost every continent across the globe, and they perform regularly at festivals, special events and private functions.

This performance is a timeless romantic story of boy meets girl retold with a hilarious comic twist that will have audiences of all ages rolling around with laughter. Bright colourful costumes, an energetic soundtrack, loud theatrics and comic choreography, all performed on 5 metre sway poles, creates a lively spectacle for all to enjoy. These four daredevil performers dance and flirt their way through a lighthearted look at love, loss, jealousy and joy and are sure to entertain and engage at your event.
