This first class party band is made up of seasoned musicians who have toured the world with the likes of Kasabian, Noel Gallagher, Tom Jones, KT Tunstall, and Jools Holland. Having played and or collaborated with other names such as Giles Peterson, Pee Wee Ellis, U2, Craig Charles, Marcella Detroit and Lee Ryan to name a few. We really wanted a fantastic band to play at our reception, and spent a long time listening to samples of numerous bands before deciding on you. We chose Funk Soul Band as they are able to do a number of different songs and styles to a very high quality, and we loved Molly’s voice. Each member of the band was clearly an accomplished musician this really showed in the live sets. The band were professional and accommodating at all times, and helped us to choose an amazing set list that our guests loved! Our highlights were Don’t Stop Me Now, Ghosbusters/Thriller, Twist Again, Johnny B Goode and King of the Swingers! " We chose the band as our wedding band having seen them play at the Harbourside earlier on in the year. We loved how they played a mix of modern and old funk and within 2 minutes had everybody up on the dance floor!In the build up to the wedding, Molly was fab at accommodating our song choices and promptly replying to our emails (something a stressed out bride really appreciated!) On the day, the band were a real triumph! We had numerous comments about how brilliant they were, what funky songs were played and how great each member sounded. Molly's voice sounded so great in the acoustics of the orangery. The band managed to entice even the most reluctant dancer to the dance floor, a particular highlight for us was having a boogie with our 90yr old grandparents!!I would thoroughly recommend the band for any wedding and was so pleased we chose them for ours!!
